Terms Of Service
By commissioning / purchasing from me, it means you agree to the following:REFUNDS
- Refunds are NEVER OFFERED Refunds cost me money to give
- This can SOMETIMES be offered per certain scenario, if the commission has not been started for well over a year then we may discuss this.
- Refunds CAN be given for digital currencies (Ex. Character Trades, DA Points, Amino Coins).PAYMENTS
- Payment is only accepted 100% upfront.
- For larger commissions, More payment options may be up for discussion (Applies to commissions over $100+ in price).EDITS
- The customer or any other artist is NEVER allowed to edit, draw over / finish my work under any circumstances (does not apply to Collaborations).
- ASK for edits if needed. Edits for completed work may be asked for 1-2 months after completion.
- If you violate my TOS for editing my work without permission, it will result in a blacklist.DEADLINES
- Deadlines are now often given for each commission / purchase, this is an estimate on when you will get your commission.
- Deadlines can often times need to be adjust due to personal issues, if this ever occurs or I need more time, this will always be discussed with the client.
- Deadlines are typically at max a few weeks, but for larger orders can take up to months of work time + WIP's, or may take longer if que list is full.
- Rush fee's are given if you wish for a certain commission to be done sooner / within days or by a certain date (this often times is rarely charged).ART PROGRESS
- During the sketch phase, character, theme or pose may be changed as many times as requested (Maximum of 5 changes before additional fee).
- Changes after the sketch phase are NOT allowed. Minor adjusting to the character design is OK, especially if I accidentally leave out certain details of your character, and does not require extra payment.
- Any heavier changes past the sketch phase will be charged a small fee.CUSTOM CHARACTERS
- Design + Art credit must be given. You do not need to tag or mention me every time, but things like reposting the art I did for your custom requires credit.
- Keep the design for at least 2 weeks before resell, as well as not selling the design for more than you commissioned / purchased them for unless they have more art or something that adds to their value.COMMERCIAL USAGE
- If commercial usage is desired for your commission / design purchased from me, this will cost a 50-100% fee of the paid price for the character design or commission.
- This does NOT apply to printing physical items for personal use (Ex. Prints, Keychains, Pins, etc). Printing physical items for personal use requires approval from me directly.PUBLISHING
- I reserve the right to use your commission for content / publish your commission on my social media platforms. If for whatever reason you do not wish for this, please discuss this beforehand.
- Your commission WILL be used as an example that will be shown for future commissioners, but will not be posted within publicly posted examples (if used as an example, will be sent in private / direct messages).

Humanoid characters / commissions MAY require an extra $5-10 fee.Extra Characters:
- Price will be 50% of commission cost for each character added. (Ex. 2 ocs for a Flat Fullbody would be $27.00. 18 + 9 (half) for the extra character)
Backgrounds:
- Price depends on how complex the background will be, may need to sketch out the drawing first before a price can be disclosed or i will give typical range of the price for said background. Please make sure to have enough on hand to spend if this occurs.
Oc Design Complexity:
- Small additional price if your characters design is a bit too complex for me to draw or overall heavy on details. This is very rarely charged, but will when I see fit.

MORE INFO + DESCRIPTIONSOverall Custom Prices:
- Prices are marked higher due to the stress that comes with designing characters and the high request for these.
- Sketch: Messy sketch with messy coloring, Some details on characters design might be harder to see / hard to tell what is happening.
- Flat: Lined with clean coloring. Easier to read + see design details. Format varies.
- Complex and Simple is self explanatory.
BLACKLISTThe following people are BLACKLISTED, meaning they are NOT ALLOWED to commission me or buy characters / adopts directly from me.These people are blacklisted for VARIOUS of reasons, and I will NOT be going into heavy details / information as to why they are blacklisted.
